Delivery and Returns Policy

DELIVERY

Delivery charge to UK mainland addresses is £15.00 per box for most of our products (£30 to Northern Ireland). Some larger products, such as Classic Premium sinks, glass sinks, Artinox, Bill, Marc and Evan sinks, have to be delivered on a pallet, and we charge £49.00 for destinations in England and Wales (£65 for Scotland and £85.00 for Northern Ireland). We recommend you select our pallet service for any granite sinks to lessen the risk of transport damage. You will be contacted by our hauliers to arrange suitable delivery day.

Normally, the goods are delivered to UK mainland addresses within 1 to 7 working days of receiving your order (unless a different delivery time is stated on the relevant product pages). The delivery may take longer however for various reasons and we aim to notify you of any such delay within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will have an option of cancelling your order, should the longer delivery time not suit your requirements. Once the goods are despatched, you will be receiving a tracking number, which will enable you to estimate the delivery date on our courier's website.

RETURNS POLICY (UK recipients only)

Unless you are a trade customer* or you have opened a trade account with us, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 calendar days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging to us within 14 calendar days of receiving them. You are responsible for paying shipment costs and for ensuring that the goods are adequately insured against potential damage during return transportation. Before returning any goods you must contact us first at info@olif.co.uk or on 01342 834 003 to obtain return goods authorisation. We will ask you to use a traceable delivery service, which provides a proof of despatch and delivery. We will examine the returned goods and process any refund to the buyer within 14 days, with any collection charges deducted from the Goods price. If the packaging is not in reasonable condition, you may be charged a restocking fee. All goods returned under statutory "cooling off" terms must arrive back to us in unused condition and fit for immediate re-sale. If the goods have been damaged or modified whilst in your possession, we shall not be obliged to accept the return of those goods and you shall be liable for any re-collection or re-delivery cost. Should you wish to return the goods after the cooling off period, please feel free check with us, but note that restocking fee may apply. Due to customs restrictions, the 14 day return policy doesn't apply, if your delivery address is out of the UK. The right to return doesn't apply to bespoke products and products made specifically for you, this includes products that are not published on our website at the time of your purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive the goods that are faulty or have been damaged during delivery, we shall exchange them or provide you with a full refund. Please sign the receipt of parcel as damaged with the courier, if you see any exterior damage to the box. Please inspect the goods inside the box immediately upon their arrival and notify us within 20 hours in the unlikely event they have been damaged in transit, supplying photographic and other evidence. Do not discard of original packaging until you are sure the item has not been damaged in transit.  We reserve the right to inspect the goods before supplying a replacement or issuing a refund.

If any goods develop faults within their warranty period, you will be entitled to repair or replacement under the terms of their warranty. You will require original proof of purchase and will be expected to have used the goods as per manufacturers instructions. Please see Guarantee section and T&C on our website for more details.

*Trade customers may be able to return the goods within 14 days subject to our decision, but may incur a restocking fee of £50.00 (ex-VAT).

** We can't accept returns from out of the UK due to complicated tax and customs arrangements
